Previously, the results displayed after searching for students on the Grades Assignment screen were sorted first by users’ identification numbers (a value defined by LearnFlex upon account creation that is seen only in back-end tables), instead of by their first names.
This issue has been resolved. Search results for Grades Assignment now display the results sorted by last name, then by first name, by default.
Previously, sections in assessments created using the Save as New option could not be deleted, even though the associated questions and tasks were deleted successfully.
This issue has been resolved.
A new NLT has been created so that administrators can confirm that they want to copy a session without workshops when using the Save As New button on the Session Basics screen.
The new NLT, 742928, is associated with the text “You have chosen to replicate this session without Workshops. Do you wish to proceed?”.
Error logging has been created in order to track and determine the root cause of issues with Element K Courses not launching effectively.

Course Schema Discrepancies (4651)
An issue with some of the options in the Course Schema configuration not being applied to new courses has been resolved. This applied to both the default values for those options as well as the Hidden options.
The affected options are as follows:

· Pre-Assessments
· Post-Assessments
· Show Location
· Allow Session Requests with No Sessions

Previously, default criteria selections were ignored in Report Builder reports when running them in a language other than that in which the reports were created. This resulted in the report returning no results when run.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, when saving courses using the Save As New option with Session Replication and Replicate Course Content enabled for the course, an error was displayed even though the new course was created without issue.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, dates in several places within LearnFlex were reversed, resulting in learning activities being scheduled for incorrect dates.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, errors were displayed when administrators attempted to assign grades to assessment questions that were greater than the value of the question.
This issue has been resolved. Now, when an administrator attempts to assign a grade of more value than what is assigned for the question, the error message “Invalid Input” (associated with NLT 742901) is displayed.
Additionally, the grade input fields for assessment questions now support up to 999.9 numeric characters.
In order to improve reporting, a Course Keywords object has been created in Report Builder.
The object contains the following fields:
· Course ID: Returns the identification number of the course.
· Keyword: Returns any keywords entered in the Keywords field for the course.
· Language Name: Returns the language in which the keywords were entered.
Previously, when a catalogue contained one learning activity more than the number of results displayed on a search screen, the information for the last learning activity in the list was displayed on the second screen of results instead of the learning activity in list format.

This issue has been resolved.
An issue with users being sent an incorrect Cancel by date in course confirmation messages has been resolved.
This issue occurred only when no Register By and Cancel by dates were specified for the course.
Previously, when administrators attempted to use the Preview menu to view information about the course in Admin mode, the pop-up window launched, but did not display all of the course information.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, the Start Date and End Date drop-down lists on the criteria selection screen of the Session Request Report only displayed dates three years into the future, even though session requests can be made up to five years into the future.
This issue has been resolved. The Start Date and End Date drop-down lists for the Session Request Report now display dates up to five years in the future.
Previously, courses could be added as prerequisites to themselves. This resulted in users being unable to register for them.
This issue has been resolved. Now, only other learning activities can be added as prerequisites for a course.
Previously, empty catalogues (containing no subjects or learning activities) were displayed to users when the catalogues contained courses with product lines unrelated to those of the searching user.
This issue has been resolved. Now, when the users’ and courses’ product lines are unrelated, and the Enforce Product Lines box is checked for the course, the catalogues cannot be seen while searching.
Previously, dates were duplicated in manager approval messages sent to users.
This issue has been resolved.
To address an issue with the E-Commerce Transaction Report displaying two different columns called “Community”, the columns have been renamed as follows:
· Merchant Community: (NLT 743050) This column displays the community to which the administrator who registered the user for the learning activity belongs.
· User Community: (NLT 743051) This column displays the community to which the registered user belongs.
The following fields from the LearnTrack Audience criteria selection screen have been added to the Diploma object in Report Builder:
· Region: Returns the Region audience criteria selected for a LearnTrack.
· Location: Returns the Location audience criteria selected for a LearnTrack.
· Publisher: Returns the Publisher audience criteria selected for a LearnTrack.
· Business Unit: Returns the Business Unit audience criteria selected for a LearnTrack.
Previously, once a Printable Diploma was assigned to a LearnTrack, it could not be deleted.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, the date displayed on the E-Commerce screen for a course was displayed in the MM/DD/YYYY format rather than the format selected from the Client Setup screen.

Previously, administrators were unable to access pages beyond the first page of results on the Printable Version of the Grades Administration screen for a user.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, when creating reports to determine which manager a specific user reports to, multiple results were returned instead of the manager specific to the selected user.
This issue has been resolved. Now, the fields within the Manager object in report builder will return the reporting manager assigned to any selected user.
An issue with only the first page, even though the report contained more than one, of results for a report being exported to Excel has been resolved.
Previously, the assessment button was displayed in users’ learning plans when the Show Assessment Button and Report of test Button option was enabled for the session, even though no assessment was associated with the session. This was displayed only in the learning plans of users whose profiles were in French.
This issue has been resolved.
In order to align the location of the security setting with the location of the functionality it supports within LearnFlex, security setting 806: Class Roster has been moved from the Course Management security settings screen to the Instructors View security settings screen.
In order to improve the anonymous browsing and registration process, users can now specify any special needs they have before registering for a LearnFlex account and have that information stored in their full, registered account.
Previously, when courses were added to the list of featured learning activities, the name displayed in the Added By column was always the name of the same administrator instead of that of the administrator who added the course to the list.
This issue has been resolved.
An issue with Competency Outcomes Types being displayed in random order instead of alphabetical order in the Competency Outcome Types drop-down list has been resolved.
Previously, when moving achievement requirements for an existing LearnTrack to or from the Mandatory or Optional boxes, the change was not saved upon clicking the Save Group button.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, when Report Builder reports were exported before they finished loading, the Refresh button was displaced on the report results screen when Export or Print buttons were used.

Previously, when the results on the Grades Assignment and Grades Administration screens initially spanned multiple pages, but the filters were changed so that the results could be displayed on only one page, they were still displayed across multiple pages.

When viewed in French, the year drop-down list on the Certification Detail Report’s criteria selection screen was displayed below the other date fields, instead of in line with them.

An issue with field selections from the Resource Links Audit object in Report Builder not returning any results when used in reports has been resolved.
In order to improve searching capabilities, the Keywords field on the Resources configuration screen has been increased from 100 to 4000 alphanumeric characters.
Previously, the date format in the personal achievements menu in Admin mode was displayed incorrectly. For example, if the achievement date was September 1, 2003, the date appeared as January 9, 2003 in the Admin mode menu.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, multiple results were returned for resources in the Global Search when the resources had at least one keyword or description that matched the name of the resource itself.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, when the Incomplete LearnTrack status option was selected for a configurable message, the status could not be removed when the message was edited. As a result, users with the “Incomplete” status in the LearnTrack received the message erroneously.
This issue has been resolved.
To accommodate more accurate and complete reports about user registrations and cancellations, a new field, Admin Withdrawn Date, has been added to the Registration object within Report Builder. Use this field to find out the date when users’ registration in learning activities was set to “Withdrawn” by an administrator.
Additionally, the name of the original Withdrawn field within the Registration object has been changed to “User Withdrawn Date”. Use this field to find out the date when users’ withdrew their registration in learning activities themselves.
Previously, the Go button within the My Reports and Shared Reports sub-menu was not fully displayed.
