· 48: Course Description: Displays the Course Additional left-hand side menu in the Courses module of Admin mode.
· 49: Course Sessions: Displays the Session Basics left-hand side menu in the Courses modules of Admin mode.
· 50: Competency Map: Displays the Competency Map left-hand side menu in the Courses module of Admin mode.

· 592: Session Policies: For a selected course, displays the Session Policies left-hand side menu in the Courses module.

· 631: Course Auto-Complete: Displays the Auto-complete section when editing session basics.
· 638: Course Certificates: Displays the Course Certificates left-hand side menu in the Courses module.
· 650: Copy All Workshops: Displays the Copy All Workshops button and its adjacent date drop-down lists.
· 672: Copy Assessment with Session: Displays the Copy Assessment to subsequent sessions check box on the Course Additional screen.
· 681: 3rd Party Assessment URL: Displays the Insert Third Party Assessment URL button on the Course Basics and Session Basics screens.
Note: Even if this security setting is enabled, the LearnFlex mode (global setting) must be set to LMS for the button to be displayed on the Course Basics and Session Basics screens. Contact your LearnFlex representative for details.
· 685: Show In Achievement Record: Displays the Show in Achievement Record check box on the Course Additional screen in the Courses module.
· 692: Disable Notifications: Displays the Disable Notifications check box within the Assessment section when editing session details.
· 747: Session Request Manager: Displays the Session Requests option on the following screens:
· Courses > Course Management > left-hand side menu
· Courses > Course Management > (select a course) > left-hand side menu
· 749: Assign Resources: Displays the Assign button in a course’s Time and Resources screen.
· 784: Daylight Saving Time: Displays the Daylight Saving Time drop-down list in Session Basics.
· 797: Course Schema – Override Hide: Enable this to allow administrators to view course configuration settings hidden using the Course Schema screen.

· 801: Course Priority: Displays the Priority column in course search results.
· 804: Use Team-seats restriction for course registration: Displays the Use Team Restrictions for Course Registration box on the Course Additional screen.
· 806: Class Roster: Displays the Class Roster section of the Learner Detail report.
· 844: Administer Review: Displays all Ratings and Reviews options in Admin mode.
· 846: Course Basics - Save as New Button: Displays the Save As New button on the Course Basics screen.
· 847: Session Basics - Add New Session Button: Displays the Add New Session button on the Session Basics screen.
· 850: Session Basics – Save Button: Displays the Save button on the Edit Session screen.
