Introduction
Use this feature to moderate a user's reviews and ratings. Additionally, you may use this feature to limit a user's review permissions when the user is creating inappropriate reviews.
Note: Security setting 844: Administer Reviews must be enabled to display all of the ratings and reviews options in Admin mode.
Procedure
1. From the Users main menu search for a user and click the Users Reviews left-hand side menu.
When you click on User Reviews, LearnFlex will display all of the reviews written by the user.
The Users Review page is displayed below:

2. Use the Flagged drop-down menu to filter the available reviews by All, Flagged Only, or Not Flagged Only.
· All: Displays all reviews regardless of their status.
· Flagged Only: Displays all reviews that have been flagged as inappropriate by the users.
· Not Flagged Only: Displays courses that have not been flagged as inappropriate by users.
3. Check the Display Inactive Reviews box to include inactive reviews in your search.
4. Click Search to search by your selected filters.
5. Click Deactivate to deactivate the user’s ability to review this course, and to hide this review from all other users.
6. Click Ban User to ban this user from reviewing all courses.
Note: Banning a user means that they will not be able to review any course whatsoever including courses run by other instructors.
7. Click the First, Previous, Next and Last links to navigate through the various review pages.
