Previously, the Mark a Test screen did not display the date the user completed the assessment.
This is now resolved. In addition to the Date Reported (the current date), the screen now shows the Date Completed, which is the date the last answer was submitted for the test attempt.
A new NLT, 743503 “Date Completed”, has been added.
An issue has been resolved where users were unable to register for SkillSoft courses if the course was in a catalogue assigned to the user but the catalogue was not assigned to the user’s community.

Previously, if a user was not assigned to the catalogue of a course, attempting to self-register for the course as part of a LearnTrack would refresh the page instead of registering the user.

This has been resolved. The assessment engine now follows the user’s selection in the dynamic language drop-down list, and if assessment content is available in the dynamic language, the content will also be displayed in that language.
Previously, when an administrator viewed a LearnTrack from the transcript’s Grades Assignment screen, the user’s completion status in the LearnTrack could not be changed if the current status was In Progress.
This has been resolved. On the Grades Assignment screen, LearnTracks are now displayed with a drop-down list for the In Progress status.
Additionally, LearnTracks with a completion status of Complete may no longer be changed to an In Progress status.

Automatic enrolment through master courses now checks whether or not the LearnTrack is active.
An issue has been resolved that caused the month and day values to swap places when saving dates in some environments.
Previously, the date format displayed on certificates was not configurable and also included the exact time of completion.
This has been resolved. The time is no longer displayed, and the long date format can be configured by a LearnFlex representative with a new setting on the Client Setup screen.

An issue has been resolved that caused an error when administrators or instructors uploaded files to the E-Classroom library in User mode.
The NLT 106447 “Additional Information” was previously used in multiple, unrelated locations. Separate NLTs are now available to allow for greater customization:
· 106447 – Used on the Additional Information screen and the corresponding Admin mode left-hand side menu under Users.
· 742193 – Used on the Course Additional screen.
· 743666 – Used in the Admin mode license wizard.
An issue has been resolved that resulted in users being unable to log in with Encrypted Querystring single-sign on.
Previously, the Renewal Cycle Report only exported the current page rather than all records. Additionally, the maximum number of results per page was hard coded at 100.
This has been resolved. Exporting the report to Microsoft Excel now includes all records, and the number of results displayed per page now follows the Client Setup global setting.
An issue has been resolved that resulted in reports including the Delivery Type Provider Name field to not run.
An issue has been resolved with emailed reports not sending if the External Email Enable was not enabled. Reports can now be emailed to administrators without external email being enabled through a flag in the reporting service configuration file.

This has been resolved. FTP server addresses now automatically have “ftp://” added if it is missing, and “ftp:\\” is automatically changed to “ftp://”.
Previously, attempting to save a new course icon set would result in an error if LearnFlex was not configured with a primary language.
This has been resolved. The upgrade script for LearnFlex 8.3.5 now sets the primary language to the language with the ID of 0 if a primary language is not already set.
Previously, importing a user resulted in the primary email address being imported as both the primary and secondary email addresses.
This has been resolved. The secondary email address will remain blank if it was blank in the import file and will use the imported secondary email address if it is not blank.
