Introduction
The license engine tracks certifications/licenses. Subjects and courses can be assigned to the licenses. A license can have multiple subjects. A subject can be related to one or more license types. One course can be assigned to multiple license types.
Note: The License sub-menu is displayed when security setting 598: License Assignment is enabled.
Note: To manage the licenses within the Courses module, security setting 605: License Administration must be enabled. This displays the Licenses left-hand side menu within the Courses - License module.
Note: The Users Credit Override left-hand side menu is displayed within the Courses - License module when security setting 606: Credit Override is displayed.
Viewing License Details
Tool tips that display full course and subject titles are available for every list displayed when adding or modifying course and subject assignments in a license.
To view a tool tip, hold your cursor over, or click the name of a subject or course in any list. A small pop-up box is displayed containing the full name of the selected item.
