Introduction
Use this section to assign individual catalogues to users. Users can search the courses within those catalogues in addition to searching through the catalogues assigned to them through community settings.
Procedure
1. From the Users menu, locate the user that you want to manage.
2. Click Catalogue Assignment.
Note: This left-hand side menu is displayed when security setting 756: User Catalogue Assign is enabled.
The following screen is displayed:

3. From the Available Catalogues box, select one of more catalogues that you want to assign to this user.
This box displays all of the catalogues that have been created in LearnFlex.
4. Click Assign.
The selected catalogues will be placed in the Assigned Catalogues box, meaning that these catalogues will be available to users when searching for courses.
5. Likewise, to remove a catalogue from a user, select that catalogue from the Assigned Catalogues box.
6. Click Unassign.
The selected catalogue will be removed from the Assigned Catalogues box.
