Time Totals not Aligned in Assessment Reports (2356)

An issue with the alignment of the totals within the Allowed Time and Your Time columns in the report displayed to users upon completion of an assessment has been resolved.

Incomplete Student Information in the Custom Report (2481)

Previously, student information listed in the Custom Report screen was filtered by users’ profile language. As a result, the list of student information was incomplete.

This issue has been resolved.  

Cannot Export Learning/Achievement Report (2525)

Previously, clicking the Export button on the Learning/Achievement Report’s criteria and results screens resulted in the display of a blank pop-up window that did not finish loading and the report was not exported.

Manager Approval Messages not Received (3731)

Previously, neither students nor managers received manager approval messages when purchasing learning activities. This applied only to learning activities with E-Commerce enabled.

The error An Error occurred during the upload of the file. was displayed when administrators attempted to upload templates for license certificates.

Course Registration Messages in English Only (3932)

The registration confirmation information within course registration messages sent to users upon successful enrollment in a course was displayed only in English, even when a different language was selected in their profiles.

This issue has been resolved. The body of course registration messages is now displayed in the language selected within users’ profiles.

Changes to Targeted Manager Approval Messaging (3941)

The following workflow changes have been made to manager approval requests:

·        When the Requires Manager Approval box is not checked for a session the Reporting Manager list is not displayed to users upon registration.

·        When only one manager is targeted for the user’s business unit, that manager is selected by default from the Reporting Manager list.

·        When more than one manager is associated with a user’s business unit, the user is prompted to select one from the Reporting Manager list upon clicking the Register button.

Links not Displayed (4302)

Previously, when more than 9 resources were added to a header on the Links screen, the resources were not displayed.

License Learning Activities not Moving to Achievement Record (4304)

Completed learning activities associated with licenses remained on users’ learning plans with a status of Pending Approval even though they had been completed successfully.

Users Unable to Register for Courses (4313)

An issue that prevented users from registering for learning activities that required manager approval has been fixed.

Alert Job taking longer than expected time to complete (4316)

Previously, running the Alerts job took longer than expected which resulted messages being sent and received erroneously.

Now the alerts process completes more quickly.

Error when Accessing Courses Menu (3906)

Previously, when an administrator clicked the Courses menu in Admin mode, a 500 Internal Server Error was displayed.

License-related Reports Time Out (3115)

Attempts to create and run reports created in Report Builder that contained information about licenses resulted in the reports timing out before displaying the results.

Special Needs Messages sent Prematurely (2769)

Previously, when users indicated that they had special needs while registering for learning activities that required manager approval, special needs confirmation messages were sent to both the user and the manager prior to the manager providing approval.

This issue has been resolved. Now, special needs messages are sent only when the user has a status of Enrolled in the learning activity.

Cannot Export Results from Non-Compliant Course Report (3102)

Errors were displayed when administrators attempted to export the results of the Non-Compliant Course Report. This issue occurred only when several thousand results were returned when running the report.

This issue has been resolved.

Error Displayed when Opening Calendar Attachments (3408)

The error This error can appear if you have attempted to save a recurring Lunar appointment in iCalendar format. appeared when users attempted to open appointment attachments (in .ics format) that were sent with registration confirmation messages in Microsoft Outlook 2003.

This issue does not apply to Microsoft Outlook 2007.

This issue has been resolved.

Erroneous Results from Special Needs Report Fields (3910)

When the Special Needs User Value field (available from the Registration object) was used in reports created in Report Builder, only the users’ comments about the related special need were returned in reports instead of the special needs they selected.

In order to resolve this issue, the following new fields have been added to the Registration object in Report Builder:

·        Special Needs Name: Returns the value entered in the Name field of the selected special need for the language in which the report is run.

·        Special Needs Default Name: Returns the value entered in the English Name field of the selected special need.

Default not Applied to All Options in Advanced Search (4584)

Previously, when users requiring manager approval were registered into learning activities from the Registration module in Admin mode, the messages their managers received did not contain the users’ information.

This issue has been resolved. Manager approval messages sent as the result of registrations within Admin mode now contain user information.

Error Displayed when Managing Workshop Registration (4519)

Previously, an error was displayed when attempting to change users’ registration statuses within workshops in Admin mode.

This issue has been resolved.

User Competency Information not Available in Reports (3051)

Previously, when administrators viewed the Competencies screen within users’ profiles in Admin mode, the user was assigned any competencies available to them, even though they had not achieved all of the requirements for the competency.

Though the competency assignments were removed through the maintenance process, the users and competencies were available in reports about competencies, resulting in erroneous reports.

This issue has been resolved.

Cannot Remove Status of All Users (4299)

Intermittently, when administrators attempted to remove registration statuses of users while managing registrations, only some of the users had their status removed.

Grades Discrepancies (3078)

Previously, assessment grades that included decimals were displayed with decimals only on the Mark a Test screen, but not in Grades Assignment or in users’ achievement records.

This issue has been resolved. The grades displayed in all three areas are now full numbers with decimals.

Token Unavailable on Printed Certificates (3178)

Previously, when the [%LEARNER_LOCATION%] token was used in course and LearnTrack certificates, the field within the certificate that it was meant to populate was left blank.

This issue has been resolved. Now, the location fields using this token within course and LearnTrack certificates are populated with the value selected from the value selected from the Location drop-down list on the Work Address screen in the user’s profile.

Workshop Times not Displayed when Registering (4359)

Previously, when the Workshop Registration Version 2 option was checked from the Client Setup screen, workshop times were not displayed to users at the time of registration.

The Workshop Registration Version 2 option is a global setting. Contact your LearnFlex representative for more information.

This issue has been resolved.

User Status Message Inconsistencies (4588)

Previously, status change messages were not sent automatically in the following situations:

·        When a user’s status was change from Enrolled to Deferred.

·        When a user’s status was changed from Enrolled to Withdrawn.

·        When a user’s status was changed from Enrolled to Cancelled.

Renewal Dates Erroneously Displayed in Achievement Records (3233)

An issue with renewal dates being displayed in users’ achievement records when no renewal cycle was selected for the learning activity has been resolved.

Completion Time Defaults to 11:00 (3510)

Previously, when administrators updated or assigned grades for learning activities, the time recorded for the completion defaulted to 11:00PM or 23:00:00 (depending on the time format configuration of LearnFlex) within reports about the completions rather than the actual time the changes were made.

This did not affect the times recorded for user-generated completions.

This issue has been resolved.

Optional Learning Activities Ignored in Competency Achievement Requirements (4383)

An issue with learners achieving a LearnTrack and the competencies associated with it without passing the mandatory number of optional learning activities has been resolved.

Now, learners must pass both the mandatory and optional requirements when number of mandatory and optional learning activities required for completion is set to more than one for each.

No Room Number in Registration Messages (4427)

Intermittently, registration messages for Instructor-led courses did not include room numbers, even though rooms were assigned in the Time and Resources section for the course.

This issue has been resolved.

Messages for Unpublished Sessions not Sent (4648)

Previously, although administrators had entered a message upon unpublishing sessions, the messages were not sent to users.

This issue has been resolved.

Federated Search is English Only (5012)

Previously, no results were returned using the federated SkillSoft Search when users whose profiles were in languages other than English attempted to search using course keywords.

This issue is resolved. Now, the keywords entered for a course can be used within the SkillSoft Search in any language.

Different Start and End Times in Messages (5287)

When session times were edited, the messages sent to users enrolled in it reflected the start time entered in Time and Resources and the end time entered in Session Basics.

This issue has been resolved. Now, the start and end times in the messages about changed session times reflect those times entered in the Time & Resources screen for the selected session. When no times exist in Time and Resources, the times from Session Basics are used.

LearnTrack Audience Criteria not Considered (5425)

Work and home country criteria were not being considered in the automatic enrollment of users in LearnTracks even though these options were selected from the Audience screens for those LearnTracks.

This issue has been resolved.

Times & Dates not Deleted (5599)

Previously, session basics times and dates were not removed from selected sessions’ Time and Resources configurations after the session dates on the Session Basics screen were changed to no longer include the selected times and dates.

This issue has been resolved.

Debugger Returns One Line Only for SCORM 2004 Content (5213)

When the LearnFlex Debugger was enabled and used to troubleshoot SCORM 2004 course content, only one line of information was returned.

This issue has been resolved. Now, when the debugger is used with SCORM 2004 content, it returns the same information as when it is used with SCORM 1.2 content.

Note: The LearnFlex Debugger is enabled through a global setting. Contact your LearnFlex representative for more information.

Encryption Component not Using Default Keys (5305)

Previously, an issue prevented the LearnFlex Encryption Component from using default encryption keys as a fail safe when the keys associated with the client identification number of the affected LearnFlex environment could not be used.

This affected only those LearnFlex environments not hosted by OpenText.

This issue has been resolved.
