Security Settings List
· 167: Presentation: Displays the Presentation sub-menu within the Settings menu in Admin mode. This setting is enabled by default.
· 60: Banner: Displays the Banner left-hand side menu item. Use this to add, modify, activate, or disable a scrolling message in the banner portion of LearnFlex screens by community.
· 72: Links: Displays the Resources left-hand side menu item. Use this to input URLs and their names as you want them to appear in the Links menu. In communities configured with this security setting assigned to the Links custom link, this must be activated for users to access the Links menu.
· 103: Language Tools: Displays the Language Tools left-hand side menu item. Use this to customize available text on the user interface including labels, messages, and menus.
· 213: Info Page: Displays the Info Page left-hand side menu. Also known as the Welcome page, this refers to the community home page (login screen) and can be configured with different messages and images for each community.
· 538: Theme Manager: Displays the Theme Manager left-hand side menu item. Use this to upload branded theme packages (.lfi files) and to allow administrators to choose or add themes to the LearnFlex interface.
· 581: Custom Upload Area: Displays the Custom Upload Area left-hand side menu item. Use this to add documents, images, and other content for use within LearnFlex.
· 582: Custom Upload Create: Displays the New Folder button in the Custom Upload Area. Use this to create a new folder for organizing content in this area.
· 583: Custom Upload Rename: Displays the Rename button in the Custom Upload Area. Use this to rename selected files and folders.
· 584: Custom Upload Delete: Displays the Delete button in the Custom Upload Area. Use this to delete files and folders.
· 585: Custom Upload Copy: Displays the Copy button in the Custom Upload Area. Use this to copy files and folders.
· 586: Custom Upload Move: Displays the Move button in the Custom Upload Area. Use this to move files and folders.
· 762: Object Configuration: Displays the Object Configuration screen.
· 767: Dynamic Help: Displays the new Dynamic Help left-hand side menu in Admin mode. This allows administrators to configure the new Dynamic Help menu visible within User mode.
· 776: Daylight Saving Times Settings: Displays the Daylight Saving left-hand side menu in the Presentation module.
· 840: Terms and Conditions: Displays the Terms and Conditions left-hand side menu item in the Presentation module.
