Introduction
Dynamic Help module is a more flexible version of the Resources module. It allows administrators to add, edit, or delete links and information from the screen more easily. Additionally, Dynamic Help can be targeted towards specific communities/cohorts with links/documents, while restricting other communities/cohorts.
Note: To be able to see Dynamic Help, the users must belong to both the selected community and cohort.
Configuring Dynamic Help
Perform the following steps to configure Dynamic Help:
1. Enable security setting 767: Dynamic Help. This displays the new Dynamic Help left-hand side menu in Admin mode which allows administrators to configure the new Dynamic Help menu visible within User mode.
2. Configure links and link headings in the Dynamic Help module
3. For each community, add the custom link and configure the custom link URL so that the Dynamic Help menu can be seen in User mode. You must specify a particular URL value for Dynamic Help.
