When uploading new non-English content for a session, you were required to select that language twice during the process (Admin > Courses > (select a course) > Course Content > (select a session and language) > Upload New Content > (select a language again)). The first selection allowed to you see if content had been uploaded to a selected session in the selected language, while the second selection allowed to you to choose the language for the new content. However, the value in the second Language drop-down list was defaulting to English, regardless of the Language selection in the first drop-down list.
To resolve this issue, the second Language drop-down list defaults to the selection made for the first Language drop-down list on the first screen (where a session and language were selected).
Previously, the Export to Excel button would display a blank screen when attempting to export surveys from within the E-Classroom (Admin > Courses > (select a course) > Course Content > (select a session) > Preview > (select a survey)).
To resolve this issue, the text No Sessions Available is displayed when a course does not have any surveys.
A system error occurred when attempting to remove an Admin Denied status for a course (Admin > Registration > Course Management > Admin Denied).
This issue has been resolved.
For consistency, the LearnFlex user interface has been updated in the following ways:
· Report headers have been raised.
· Form buttons have been right-aligned as needed.
· All page headers are now the same colour.
· Extra padding has been added on data tables for easier legibility.
· Additional minor adjustments have been made.
Duplicate search frames were displayed when clicking the browser’s Back button from User > Course/Registration > Advanced > (select a course) > browser Back button. This affected Internet Explorer only.
This issue has been resolved.
Before deleting a report, LearnFlex indicates the number of times that a report has run since it was created. However, the Times Run value that was being displayed to the user was incorrect.
This issue has been resolved.
Note: Whenever the creator of the report runs the report from either my Report or Shared Reports, the Times Run value will be incremented only in the My Reports tally.
Previously, the Licenses link displayed on the achievement record did not have an NLT associated with it, and therefore could not be changed.
This issue has been resolved. The NLT for that link (740486 – “Licenses”) has been added.
An error occurred after entering a long value in the Credit Order For field then clicking Credit in Order Management.
This issue has been resolved. The maximum length of a value in the Credit Order For field is eight numbers.
When the search results for users requiring administrative approval (or any other registration status) spanned multiple pages, the selections made on one screen were not retained after moving to a second screen, then returning to the first screen (Admin > Registration > Course Management > Student List).
This issue has been resolved. Any selections are preserved, and changes are committed only when the Change Status button is clicked.
An error occurred when one of the values entered in the Price Range fields during an Advanced course search exceeded 12 numbers.
This issue has been resolved. The maximum length of the Price Range fields has been set to 12 (numbers).
Previously, when creating an Evaluator test, the Add New Question button was displayed for a published test, even though you are not allowed to add a question to a published test.
This issue has been resolved. The Add New Question button has been removed for tests that have been published.
The following issues have been resolved regarding the Next button in the areas:
· A Next button has been added to the Bundle Custom Fields and Survey Assignment screens.
· Clicking Next on the Message Options screen now takes you to the next option on the left-hand side instead of going directly to the Registration option (last option).
· Clicking Next from any of the LearnTrack screens will also perform a save.
Previously, security setting 212 Password Reset Button controlled the appearance of the Password Reset button on the Basic Information screen in User mode, but not on the Basic Information screen in Admin mode.
This issue has been resolved. This security setting now controls the appearance of the Password Reset button in both Admin and User modes.
An error would occur when an invalid value was entered in the Price field when creating an E-Commerce discount.
This issue has been resolved. The maximum length of the value in this field is now set to 10 (numbers).
Previously, an error would occur after entering an invalid value in the New Account Price field in E-Commerce Community Settings, then pressing the Enter key.
This issue has been resolved. LearnFlex will now indicate if an invalid value has been entered, and you can initiate the operation only by clicking the Save button.
An error would occur after trying to save an invalid value (greater than 32000) in the Security Code field on the Edit Custom Link URL screen.
This issue has been resolved. The maximum length of a value in this field is set to 4 (numbers), and the value must match an existing security setting. If it does not, then the value will revert to the previous valid value.
An error would occur when entering a name that exceeded the maximum length in the Name field for a credit option.
This issue has been resolved. The maximum length for this field has been set to 50 characters (alphanumeric).
Previously, the maximum length of the External Membership ID field was inconsistent on the following screens:
· Basic Information for a User
To resolve this issue, the maximum length of this field has been set to 80 characters (alphanumeric) on all three screens.
An error would occur when entering a community name that exceeded the maximum length in the English field for a community.
This issue has been resolved. The maximum length for this field has been set to 150 characters (alphanumeric).
Previously, an error would occur after entering an invalid value in the Settle Amount for field in Order Management.
This issue has been resolved. LearnFlex now ensures that only numbers are accepted in this field.
An error would when entering an invalid value in the Score Adjustment field (Admin > Courses > Assessment > (select a test, then a task) > (add a true or false question) > Save > (use the Action drop-down list to select Advanced) > Go > (enter value) > Save).
This issue has been resolved. LearnFlex now validates the value in the field, and if the value is not valid, presents an appropriate error message.
Previously, you could assign a course as being both mandatory and optional in a group when creating a diploma (Admin > Courses > Bundle Management > Add New Diploma > (enter values) > Achievement Requirements).
This issue has been resolved. You are now prevented from assigning a course as being both optional and mandatory when creating a group in a diploma’s achievement requirements.
When modifying a survey, selecting Enable Data Entry was not being retained after logging out then logging back in (Admin > Settings > Course > Survey > (select a curriculum group) > (select a survey) > Modify > (select option 5 - Enable data Entry).
This issue has been resolved. Modified survey settings are now retained.
The following issues have been resolved regarding adding personal achievements in User mode.
· When security setting 723 is disabled, users are now prevented from editing and deleting a personal achievement from their achievement record.
· Names of personal achievements must now contain at least one character. This ensures that you can select the achievement for editing or deleting.
Previously, an error was occurring when trying to access the Grades Administration screen for a user.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, an error would occur after entering then saving letters instead of numbers into either of the Max. Number of Concurrent Courses or Max. No. of Courses fields on the Activation screen.
This issue has been resolved. LearnFlex now checks that a valid value has been entered. The maximum length of a value has been to set to nine (numbers).

Previously, an error would occur when attempting to delete an assessment that had been created using the Save as New functionality (Admin > Courses > Assessment > (select Delete for a test that has a child assessment – without expanding the node) > Go > Yes).

Previously, an error occurred when uploading a French SCORM 1.2 course. This occurred because the title tag for the course contained an invalid character.
This issue has been resolved. A friendly error will now be displayed when course content (in any language) cannot be uploaded, either due to an invalid tag, incorrect zip file, and so on.
Previously, a LearnTrack was not showing a completion status of 100% even though all of the requirements for the LearnTrack had been met. This issue occurred when a user had registered for the same course twice, and had failed one of the attempts.
This issue has been resolved. When a user has completed all of the requirements for a LearnTrack (regardless of any previously failed attempts), the LearnTrack will now show a completion status of 100%, and will be moved to the achievement record.
Previously, after a user has completed a Travel and Accommodations form during course registration, the Preferred Check In Date and Preferred Check Out Date values were not in the form that was sent to the Request Manager.
This issue has been resolved. The missing information has been added to the Travel Requirements message.
Previously, registration rules were being ignored when users were re-enrolling in a LearnTrack that was set to “Auto-enroll on completion of”.
This issue has been resolved.
Previously, an error was produced when clicking the names of LearnTracks with statuses of Completed within user transcripts to access the Grades/Attendance screen (Admin mode > User Search > (select a user) > Transcript).

After selecting the Printable Version button from the LearnTracks section of the Learning Plan (User mode > Learning Plan > LearnTracks), the Complete Percentage progress bar did not account for course credit weights in its calculations, even though they were accounted for before clicking the Printable Version button.
