Security Settings List
· 105: Course Settings: Displays the Course sub-menu within the Settings menu in Admin mode. This setting is enabled by default.
· 11: Grade Settings: Displays the Grades Settings left-hand side menu item. Use this to add and manage grading schemes that you can map to a numerical grade scheme.
· 32: Function permissions: Displays the Add, Edit, and Delete buttons for the following left-hand side menus within the Settings menu: Course (Target Catalogue, Curriculum Group, Subject Area, Instructional Media, Renewal Cycle, Publisher, Job Benefit, Curriculum Orientation, Delivery Provider, Credit Options, Course Icon, Priority, Special Needs, Course Completion Status, Diploma Status, Enrollment Restrictions, Grade Settings, Diploma Categories, Assessment Test Topic, Assessment Question Topic), Competency (Competency Authority, Competency Outcome Type, Competency Outcome, Job Position Group), and User (Restriction Type, Restriction Group, Restrictions, Extension Reasons, Classification Type, Membership Type).
· 153: Diploma Categories: Displays the Diploma Categories left-hand side menu item. Use this to add, edit, and delete labels for categorizing LearnTracks.
· 511: Book Resources: Displays the Assign button within the Resources - Assign Resources section of the Time & Resources screen for a session. Use this to book rooms, equipment, and instructors for a session.
· 689: Course Completion Status: Displays the Course Completion Status left-hand side menu item for configuring course completion status.
· 690: Diploma Completion Modes: Displays the Diploma Status left-hand side menu item for configuring bundle completion status.
· 701: Enrollment Restrictions: Displays the Enrollment Restrictions left-hand side within the Course sub-menu. This allows you to set up enrollment restrictions that can be applied to courses or bundles.
· 793: Course Schema: Displays the Course Schema left-hand side menu item. Use this screen to select which fields, menus, buttons, and so on will be available to administrators during course configuration.
· 862: Administer Course Status Icons: Displays the Course Icon Sets left-hand side menu.
