A job position is a job title. These are the job positions that can be associated with competencies. For example, to hold the job position of Tire Installer, Jim may have to take a series of courses (or LearnTrack) and/or pass a series of competency tasks or skills. Jim can be automatically enrolled in one course or task after another as he completes each one successfully.
