Managing Restrictions

Introduction

Restrictions are the literal limitations users have that may restrict them from performing tasks that might otherwise be expected for a particular job position: unable to lift more than 50lbs, knee problems, and so on.

Note: The Add, Edit, Delete, and Save buttons are displayed when security setting 32: Function Permissions is enabled.

Procedure

1.      From the Settings menu, select User, then Restrictions.

2.      You can perform the following operations:

·        To add a restriction, select Add.

·        To modify an existing restriction, select a restriction and select Edit.

·        To delete a restriction, select an item and select Delete.
