This feature provides a new course completion mode called Not Achieved.
When this completion status is assigned to a course, a user registered in that course will have it removed from their learning plan, but it will not be added to any other module (such as the Achievement Record module). The course will be shown in the user's transcript with the appropriate status.
Users will have a status of Completed within the class roster.
You can configure this option from the Course Completion Status module, and apply it from either the Grades Assignment, Grade Administration, or user Transcript screens.
Dynamic Help module is a more flexible version of the Resources (Links) module. It allows administrators to add, edit, or delete links and information from the screen more easily. Additionally, Dynamic Help can be targeted towards specific communities/cohorts with links/documents, while restricting other communities/cohorts.
To configure this feature:
1. Enable new security setting 767: Dynamic Help. This displays the new Dynamic Help left-hand side menu in Admin mode which allows administrators to configure the new Dynamic Help menu visible within User mode.
2. Configure links and link headings in the Dynamic Help module.
3. For each community, configure the custom link URL so that the Dynamic Help menu can be seen in User mode.
With this enhancement, you can change the Assistance feature (which allows the administrator to access LearnFlex as the current user without need to log on), previously available from the Activation screen, from its own left-hand side menu. This allows users to access the Assistance functionality without needing access to the Activation screen.
To use this functionality, you need to make sure that the following existing security settings have been enabled:
· 80: Activation: Displays the Activation screen. The Assistance button is no longer available from this screen.
· 202: Automatic login for assistance: Displays the Assistance left-hand side menu.
The following objects have been added or linked to the following areas of Report Builder:
· Competency Outcome, Outcome Type, and Authority have been added to Competency History object.
· Diploma History object is now linked with the Diploma object.
· Linked Course History object with Session object.
· Added Course Number to Competency History object.
