Introduction
Use this section to log in as the selected user without needing to enter a user name and password. This lets you confirm that the settings specified for the user are correct.
Procedure
1. From the Users menu, search for the user that you want to manage.
2. From the left-hand side menu, click Assistance.
Note: Security setting 202: Automatic login for assistance must be enabled for this user's cohort to access this left-hand side menu.
You will be asked to confirm the operation.
3. Click OK to continue.
At this point, you will automatically be logged off as the current user and logged in as the selected user. You will need to log off and re-log in as yourself when needed.
