7.0.2.7 Release Notes - Resolved Technical Issues

6226: Number of Attempts Incorrectly Displayed to Users after Quitting a Course

In the course report displayed after quitting online AICC courses, attempts made for the course were being displayed as one attempt less than the actual attempts made.

This issue has been resolved. AICC course reports now accurately display the number of attempts a user has made for the course.

6372/6526: User Names not Displayed in SCORM Interactions Reports and the User Test Completion Report

User names were not displayed in the criteria selection and report results for SCORM Interactions reports (SCORM 1.2 Course Interactions and SCORM 1.2 User Interactions), and the User Test Completion report.

This issue has been resolved.

6393: Incorrect Message Displayed when Assessment Questions are not Answered

Previously, when no answer was provided for an assessment question, the text ‘You must provide an answer’ appeared, incorrectly implying that uses have a second chance to submit an answer. A second chance to submit does not apply when questions cannot be skipped.

To clarify this, NLT 740889 has been created and associated with the text ‘You have not entered an answer’. This text is displayed when users attempt to proceed without selecting or entering an answer.

6404: Microsoft Active Directory Accounts not Created

When errors that prevented user accounts from being transferred from LearnFlex to Microsoft Active Directory occurred, the process appeared to finish,  and warning messages were displayed that did not describe the root cause of the errors.

To clarify this, the Active Directory account transfer process will stop when errors occur and the following warning message will appear:

“System Error: ad_result_create=2,username= the login user

This user may have been created in LearnFlex but not in AD. Please contact your administrator.”

6500: Exported Report Results Display Accented and Special Characters Incorrectly

Accented and special characters in the Question Detail report results were displayed incorrectly when exported to Microsoft Excel.

This issue has been resolved. Now, accented and special characters from this report are displayed correctly in Microsoft Excel.

6526: User Names not Displayed in User Test Completion Report

User names were not displayed in the criteria selection and report results for the User Test Completion report.

This issue has been resolved.

6536: Incorrect Import Messages Sent

User import status messages containing incorrect and incomplete import status information were being sent.

This issue has been resolved. Import status email messages now report the correct status and a list of changes affected by the import when applicable.

6663: Completed LearnTracks not Removed from Learning Plans

Previously, completed LearnTracks were not being removed from users’ learning plans, causing them to be displayed in both learning plans and achievement records.

This issue has been resolved. Completed LearnTracks are now removed from learning plans and are only displayed in achievement records.

6665: Date Format for Licenses Incorrectly Displayed

Previously, license achievement dates were displayed in MM/DD/YYYY format in users’ achievement records and on license certificates (User mode > Achievement Record > Licenses > View Certificate) rather than following the default date format selected in Client Setup.

This issue has been resolved. Now, license dates in achievement records follow the format selected in Client Setup. Dates on certificates are now displayed in long form (for example: January 9, 2009).

6671: Time Results Not Displayed in Report Builder Reports

When the Date Time fields were selected as criteria from any object in Report Builder, the date was displayed, but not the time.

This issue has been resolved. Both the time and date are now displayed as report criteria.

6676: Errors When Saving Grades

Errors were produced when saving grades in the Grades Administration screen and in the Grades Assignment screen.

Now grades in both areas can be saved without errors.

6713: Security Setting for Register Button does not Support E-Commerce

Previously, security setting 754: Register Button only enabled the register button used to self-register for courses in user mode.

Now, this security setting also enables the Add to Cart button used to purchase courses in user mode.

6725: Issues after Saving Empty Session Code Fields

Previously, the New Session Code field for a session could be left empty, making it impossible to edit the session code after saving.

Session codes can no longer be left empty. When saving or adding a session with a blank session code, an alert with the text “Session Code cannot be empty.” is displayed.

6734: No Sessions Available to Export Survey

Previously, surveys could not be exported to a selected session (Admin mode > Courses > Course Search > (select a course) > Course Content > Preview > Communications > Survey > Export Survey > (select a survey) Export).

To resolve this, the screen displaying all sessions associated includes the selected session.

6754: Undefined Errors when Uploading SCORM Content

Previously, errors produced when uploading SCORM content packages with missing schema version information did not define the root cause of the error, making it difficult to resolve content issues.

This issue has been resolved. NLT 740870 with the text "Error - Could not find schema version" has been created in order to describe the content error.

6776: Expansion Button not Displayed for Parent LearnTracks

Expansion buttons used to view child LearnTracks were not displayed beside parent LearnTracks within transcripts in User mode and Admin mode.

This issue has been resolved. An expansion button now appears beside parent LearnTracks for Admin and User mode viewing.

6799: Slow Load Times in the Learning Plan

Adjustments have been made to decrease the time it takes to load users’ learning plans.

6810: Errors when Publishing New Automated Messages

Errors were produced when publishing new automated messages to a community. This did not affect existing messages.

This issue has been resolved.

6827: Purchase Order Field not Available

Previously, purchase order codes could not be entered in the Purchase Order field when purchasing a course, even though it was visible.

This issue has been resolved.
