(3359) Security setting 289: Account Creation Fields has been moved from the Presentation location to the Community location because the security setting triggers the display of the Account Creation fields in the Community sub-menu.
Note that this security setting also displays the Custom Fields left-hand side menu in the Presentation settings.
(3381) The location of security setting 667: Diploma Compliancy Report Lite has been moved from Settings > Security > Reports > Custom to Reports > Standard > Compliancy to match the menu location where the Diploma Compliancy Report Lite is displayed.
(3436) For consistency, security setting 32: Function Permissions now enables and disables the Add, Edit, Delete, and Save buttons in the following areas:

· Its location has changed from Settings > Course to Settings > Competency.
· Its name has been renamed to Job Position Group – Instructor Types for greater for simplicity and accuracy.
The field maximums for answer for all assessment questions have been updated to be more consistent with the general field limits within LearnFlex. Specifically, the following limits have been made:
· True or False answer: Changed from 3000 to 255 characters.
· Multiple choice answer: Changed from 3000 to 600 characters.
· Multiple answer: Changed from 3000 to 350 characters.
· Single answer: Changed from 3000 to 100 characters.
· Essay: Changed from 3000 to 1000 characters.
· Calculation: Changed from 3000 to 25 characters.
· Matching: Changed from 3000 to 100 characters.
· Ranking: Changed from 3000 to 600 characters.
· Likert: Changed from 3000 to 100 characters.
· File Upload: Changed from 3000 to 100 characters.
A Description text box has been added to the Dynamic Help configuration for links and headings. Any text entered in the new text box for links will be visible by learners in User mode. The description for link headings are visible only in Admin mode to help administrators differentiate among multiple headings.
White list security is a security feature that allows administrators to specify filter those IP and/or domains used by an authentication provider. White list security also allows you to configure IP addresses and/or domains used by web services.
Important: White List security requires additional configuration before it can be used as a security feature and is not applicable to all implementations of LearnFlex. Contact your LearnFlex representative for information.
