Printable Version Button in Wrong Location (2691)

An issue with the Printable Version button being displayed in the wrong location on the LearnTracks view of learning plans has been resolved.

Now, the Printable Version button is displayed only on the right side of the screen, below the list of LearnTracks.

Error on Localized Course Instruction Screen (2919)

Previously, when the link to the Course Instruction screen was clicked, an error was displayed. This affected only those administrators who selected Spanish from the Dynamic Language drop-down list.

This issue has been resolved.

Conflicts in Time Allotted Limits (3177)

When the Calculate Time Allotted from Courses box was checked for a published LearnTrack, the field updated, but the due date was removed from users’ Learning Plans.

This issue has been resolved.

Prerequisite Links Erroneously Displayed (5311)

Previously, links for prerequisite learning activities were accessible to users even though the prerequisites were not associated with target catalogues that were accessible by the users’ communities.

This issue has been resolved. Now, though the prerequisites are displayed with the information about learning activities, they are not displayed as links unless they are associated with catalogues users’ communities can access.

Error when Accessing Student Lists (4954)

An issue with an error being displayed when accessing the printable version of the lists of students on the Course Student List screen has been resolved.

This issue occurred only after the list was sorted.

Sort Order Inconsistencies (5061)

Previously, lists of users on the Course Student List screen were inconsistently sorted by default. Lists of users with a status of Enrolled were sorted by last name while lists of users with other statuses were sorted by first name.

This issue has been resolved. Now, all lists are sorted by users’ last names by default.

Cancelled Transactions not Credited (5284)

Previously, Skipjack transactions placed then cancelled on the same day were settled rather than cancelled when AuditV2 ran for the day. This caused users’ to be charged for the cancelled learning activity.

This issue has been resolved. Now, when a transaction is cancelled in LearnFlex, its status is recognised as being cancelled and does not get passed to Skipjack. These transactions are still available for reporting purposes, but do not appear in order management.

Cannot log in Using SSO after Deactivation (4710)

When users’ LearnFlex accounts were re-enabled using the Enable Login After Deactivation functionality on the Community Basics screen, they were no longer able to log into LearnFlex using single sign-on (SSO).

This issue has been resolved.

All Languages Erroneously Available by Default (5449)

Previously, all available languages within the Client Setup Global settings were selected by default upon upgrading LearnFlex.

This issue has been resolved. Now, only those languages selected before upgrading are selected by default after upgrading.

Field not available in Report Builder (5611)

Previously, the Course Credit Hours field was not available as a reportable field within the Personal Achievements object within Report Builder, even though this field is available on the Personal Achievements screen.

This issue has been resolved.

Assessment Button not Available (5724)

An issue with the assessment button not displaying on users’ learning plans has been resolved.

This issue occurred only when LearnTrack Version One (as configured by a Global Setting) was used.

User Name Changes on Import (5731)

Previously, user’s user names were changed when a user import configured to create user names was run.

This issue has been resolved.

No Sort Order Field Available (5765)

Previously, there was no Sort Order field available on the Course Schema screen to configure in which order the information entered in the Additional Information field would be displayed on the Course Summary Report in User mode.

Credits Applied More than Once for the Same Course (4554)

Previously, when users completed multiple sessions of the same course within a LearnTrack, the associated Course Credit Weight was applied to the LearnTrack’s progress.

This issue has been resolved. Now, when users complete multiple sessions of the same course within a LearnTrack, they are only given the assigned credits once.

Incorrect Course Names in Messages (6062)

Previously, incorrect course titles were displayed in course-related registration status messages sent to users’ message centres.

This issue has been resolved. The correct course names are now displayed in these messages.

Intermittent Registration Issues  (6085 )

Intermittently, when users attempted to register for a learning activity, the screen only refreshed rather than continuing through the registration process.

This issue has been resolved.

Version 8.0.13

Security Setting Descriptions not Localised (6066)

Alternate language descriptions (any language other than English) for security settings, available when the More Info button is clicked, were displayed only in English, even though descriptions in other languages were provided.

This issue has been resolved. Now, when a language other than English is selected from the Dynamic Language drop-down list and descriptions for security settings are entered in that language, the descriptions are displayed in the selected language.

Cancel Button Erroneously Available for all LearnTracks in Learning Plans (6092)

Previously, when a user already enrolled in at least one other LearnTrack enrolled in a LearnTrack that had the Cancel Button Override option enabled, the Cancel button was available for all LearnTracks for which the user was enrolled, not just those with that option enabled.

Additionally, when the Cancel button was clicked, it cancelled the user only out of the LearnTrack for which the Cancel button was enabled and not the LearnTrack with which the button was associated.

Note: The Cancel Button Override displays a Cancel button for LearnTracks in which users have statuses of either Enrolled or In Progress and that users can use to cancel out of the LearnTrack and all learning activities within it. Cancel buttons can appear for other learning activities within this sub-menu, but cannot be used to cancel out of LearnTracks and all associated activities.

This issue has been resolved. Now, the Cancel button appears for only those LearnTracks for which the Cancel Button Override option is enabled.
