7508: Manager Approval Messages not Being Sent to Managers  

Due to timeout issues, manager approval messages were not being sent out to the appropriate managers indicating that there were users pending manager approval.

This issue has been resolved.

7616: Issues with the Continue Button when Registering for a Learning Activity

During the process of purchasing a learning activity, clicking the Continue Shopping button was supposed to return you to the original search screen (such as Date, Advanced, and so on) from which you selected your learning activity, but instead, you were taken to the Courses/Registration (Catalogue) screen.

This issue has been resolved.

7803: Question Feedback not Multi-language Compliant

The following issues regarding multiple languages for question feedback for an assessment were occurring:

·        The default language when creating question feedback was shown as English, even if default language for the assessment was French.

·        After selecting French feedback for editing, English feedback was shown instead, regardless of the dynamic language value.

·        When attempting to save any French feedback, the French feedback was overwritten with English feedback.

To resolve these issues, question feedback now displays one item per feedback item in the language that matches the default language of the test (not the user). Switching between different languages will display the correct feedback for the associated language.

7908: Room Name not Included in Course Reminder Message

Previously, room names for both managed and unmanaged rooms (for both sessions and workshops) were not be included in the Course Reminder message, even when the [%ROOM%] message management token was included in the message.

This issue has been resolved.

7938: Adding or Updating a New Resource Incorrectly Updates All Existing Resources

When adding or updating a URL to a resource, LearnFlex was incorrectly updating all URLs for every existing resource in the system.

This issue has been resolved.

7975: Voucher Amount not Displaying Correctly

When purchasing a learning activity, voucher amounts did not match the amount specified in the Vouchers module. This occurred due to precision and rounding issues, and affected the amount of fixed, relative, and gift card vouchers for both courses and LearnTracks.

This issue has been resolved.

7990: Changing Grade Type for a Session Deletes Values Other Fields

Previously, changing the value in the Grade Type drop-down list when editing session basics without saving would delete the value specified in the Session Credit Hours and End Time fields (refreshed with a blank value).

This issue has been resolved.
