When a user cannot remember their password, they can use either the Challenge phrase or the Email Reminder option to access their password (when configured through global settings).
However, in this issue, neither the Challenge phrase and Email Reminder screen options were being displayed to users, thereby preventing them from accessing their accounts. This occurred because the connection to the LearnFlex session was lost.
Now when this situation occurs, LearnFlex sends out a message indicating that the session has been lost. The message is contained in NLT 741247.
Previously, the results of the Enrollment report, while correct, were misleading to users.
To remedy the situation, the report will now display sessions that either have a start date that falls between the start and end dates in the report OR that have an end date that falls between the start and end dates in the report.
Previously, session times were either not displayed correctly or not displayed at all in the following locations:
· User mode (More Info button after selecting a course from the catalogue)
· User mode (Learning Plan - Courses)
· Admin mode (preview course settings)

Previously, a user’s transcript would display courses in which the user had never registered.
Note: This affected the transcript only in Admin mode.

When the profiles of two users are open within one browser session, the text in the Personal Information text box of a user would be copied from one user and override the notes of the other user.
This issue is caused by LearnFlex on multiple tabs within a single browser.
Because it does not support multiple tabs in a single browser, you need to open only a single session of LearnFlex open per browser.
See Using LearnFlex for details.
Previously, the Diploma Non Compliancy report was not displaying any results when valid records existed.

Previously, users were not able to launch assessments from either User mode (where the assessments would start to launch not never complete), and on Admin mode (when previewing an assessment. This occurred after release 7.0.1.8.

Previously, Evaluator would display all questions regardless if they were published or unpublished.
To be consistent with the other areas of an assessment (section and tasks), only those questions that have been published will be visible to users.
Previously, the LearnTrack Training Results report would return pages of empty results.
