Diploma Non Compliancy Report

Introduction

This report indicates high-level LearnTrack progress for each user in a business unit. The filters allowed for this report are the as of date, business unit, community, and job position. The report groups date by business unit then by the user with each line showing the LearnTrack they are registered for. The as of date filter defaults to today and the data returned in the report only shows up to this date. Therefore, it can be used for past analysis by setting the date in the past and examining progress at that time. The date can also be set to the future to see that if no progress was made for the next two weeks for example, you could see how far behind students would be. Comparison data is also displayed such as the number of days allowed to complete the LearnTracks versus the number of days allowed for completion.

Note: The value in the Time Allotted field affects the values in columns in this report.

You can select one of:

·        Both: Displays any user that has not completed or registered for the selected LearnTrack by the As of Date value. This means that if a user completes a LearnTrack on September 15 2011, and the report is run with the current date, the user will appear in the results, as the bundle was not completed as of the current date.

·        Not Registered: Displays any number of users as users may take a course that belongs to a LearnTrack without registering for the bundle.

·        Not Completed: Excludes users who were not registered in the LearnTrack by the As of Date value. It only returns users who registered for, but did not complete, the LearnTrack by the As of Date value.
