Introduction
This report provides student progress on reportable courses for a specified LearnTrack.
Note: The link to this report is displayed when security setting 645: LearnTrack Training Results Summary is enabled.
Note: Percentage grades on this screen are displayed according to the global grade precision setting.
Procedure
1. From the Reports menu, select Standard, then Custom Reports.
2. Click LearnTrack Training Results.
The following screen is displayed:

3. Use the Structure View section to select the business units you want to include in the report.
4. Check the Display users at Selected Business Unit only box to display only those users within the selected business unit only.
5. Use the Community list box to filter your results by one or more communities.
6. Use the Region drop-down list to filter your results by region.
7. Use the Job Position list box to filter your results by one or more job positions.
8. Use the Status drop-down list to filter your results by status.
9. Use the Learner Registration Status drop-down list to filter your results by the learner's registration status.
10. Use the Curriculum Group drop-down list to filter results by curriculum group.
11. Use the LearnTrack Name drop-down list to filter your results by LearnTrack.
12. Click Submit.
The screen is re-displayed with Session Dates - Start Date and End Date drop-down lists.
13. Use the Start Date and End Date drop-down lists to specify the time frame for your report results.
14. Click Submit.
The following screen is displayed:
LearnTrack Training Results
The following columns of information are displayed:
· First Name: Displays the first name of the user.
· Last Name: Displays the last name of the user.
· Email: Displays the user's email address.
· Job Position: Displays the user's job position.
· Company Name: Displays the name of the company where the user works.
· Address: Displays the user’s work address.
· Region: Displays the user’s region.
· Location: Displays the user’s location.
· <reportable course title>: Displays the user’s grade in the reportable course.
Note: There will be one column for each reportable course.
· Overall Average: Displays the user’s overall average in the listed reportable courses.
· Passed: Indicates pass or fail.
The following columns are displayed only if the LearnTrack has a master course:
· Session Code: Displays the session code of the master course session in which the user is enrolled.
· Start Date: Displays the start date of the master course session in which the user is enrolled.
· End Date: Displays the end date of the master course session in which the user is enrolled.
· Trainers: Displays the trainers of the master course session in which the user is enrolled.
The following columns are displayed only if the LearnTrack does not have a master course:
· Business Unit: Displays the business unit to which the user belongs.
· External ID: Displays the external ID of the business unit.
· Contact Name: Displays the contact name of the business unit.
· Contact Email: Displays the contact email of the business unit.
15. You can perform the following operations from this screen:
· Click Printable Version to view a version of the report that you can print.
· Click Microsoft Excel to export your results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
