7129: Course Summary Report not Filtering Date Range Criteria

Previously, the Course Summary report was not filtering results based on the selected date range criteria.

This issue has been resolved.

7200: Issues when Attempting to Group Register Certain Users

When attempting to register users for a session through advanced group registration, the check box that allow you to select users for registration was not being displayed for certain users. This occurred because LearnFlex considered those users to be either already enrolled in the session or having completed it.

This issue has been resolved.

7215: Duplicate Records in the LearnTrack Status Report

Previously, the LearnTrack Status report would contain duplicate records (at the bottom of the file) after the results were exported to Microsoft Excel.

This issue has been resolved.

7231: No User-defined Values in the Location Drop-down list in Advanced Course Catalogue Search

Previously, when using the Advanced Course Catalogue search, the Location drop-down list was not displaying any user-defined values even though they existed in LearnFlex.

This issue has been resolved.

7289: Sporadic Error when Viewing a User’s Transcript

An error would occur sporadically when attempting to view a user’s transcript from Admin mode.

This issue has been resolved.

7306: Saving a LearnTrack as New not Validating Values in French Fields

Previously, when saving a LearnTrack as new, LearnFlex would validate the uniqueness of only the English LearnTrack names, and not the French ones.

To remedy this situation, LearnFlex will now validate both the English and French LearnTrack names, and will display a message if either or both of those names are not unique.

7324: Field in Report Builder not Retrieving Data

Previously, the Status field for the Diploma Content Registration object in Report Builder was not retrieving data even though it existed in LearnFlex.

This occurred because the Report Builder object was filtering out sessions that did not fall between the minimum and maximum grade of the sessions’ specified grade type.

This issue has been resolved.

7392: Incorrect Message Regarding the Maximum Number of Attempts for an Assessment

In certain situations, users were receiving a message indicating that they had exceeded the maximum number of attempts for taking a course’s assessment, even though a maximum value had not been set for the course.

This occurred when users were attempting to re-take an Evaluator test that they had passed without having closed the original course content window.

To remedy this situation, NLT 741295 has been added, which lets users know that they already completed the course.
