A new security setting, 754: Register Button, provides the ability to enable and disable the button used to register for courses.
When disabled, the Register and Add to Cart buttons used to register for courses are disabled.
This can be used to allow anonymous users (users who do not have an account) to browse external catalogues, but not register for courses until they have created an account, for example.
Note: Even with the Register button disabled, administrators can register users through the Registration menu in Admin mode.
A new report, called Assessment Report Based on Sections, is now available in LearnFlex. It allows administrators to display those users whose grades in a specified assessment section are below a defined threshold. You can use these details to determine if those users require remedial training.
To access this report, you need to enable new security setting 759: Assessment Report Based on Sections, which displays the Assessment Report Based on Sections link. By default, this security setting is disabled.
This enhancement introduces the ability to send reports created in Report Builder to an FTP site as a second delivery option (email being the first). This functionality will allow larger files, which might be rejected or delayed when sent by email, to be sent to one location where they can be accessed by anyone with the login credentials for the FTP site.
The Enable FTP box has been added to the Delivery screen to accommodate this enhancement, as shown below:
Note: You will need to enable security setting 763: Enable FTP Delivery to make this new option available.
Selecting the Enable FTP box displays the FTP settings, as shown below:
You can use these settings to configure your report to be run and sent to an FTP site automatically.
A Filter Achievements year option can be added to users’ achievement records. This box can be checked so that only the achievements for the year selected are displayed in the achievement record, or it can be unchecked to display achievements for all years.
Note: This enhancement is configured in Global Settings. Contact your account manager if you want to have this configured.
