This enhancement allows you to search for and access courses and other resources, such as books, job aids, and e-guides, within SkillSoft's SkillPort learning management system without leaving the LearnFlex environment.
To support this functionality, the SkillSoft Search and Recently Viewed sub-menus have been added in User mode.
Note: To access these sub-menus, security settings 769: SkillSoft Search and 770: Recently Viewed must be enabled. Contact your LearnFlex representative for details.
When configured to do so, the resources available to you in your Links menu will now direct you to web sites, pdf files, and other resources that correspond with the language selected in the Language drop-down list.
For example, if you have French selected from the language drop-down list, you will be directed to resources in French. If you have selected German you will be directed to resources displayed in German, and so on.
Note: If no URL was entered for the resource in your language, you will be directed to the resource entered in the default language in LearnFlex. See your system administrator for details.
