Learning Plan: Recently Viewed Resources

Introduction

Use this section to view resources that you have recently accessed in SkillPort, using the SkillSoft Search.

Procedure

1.      From the Learning Plan menu in User mode, click the Recently Viewed link.

Note: This sub-menu is displayed when security setting 770: SkillSoft Recently Viewed is enabled.

The following screen is displayed:

Recently Viewed Resources

This screen displays the ten most recently accessed resources in SkillPort.

Resources that can be viewed in this sub-menu can include books, e-guides, job aids, and so on. No courses are displayed here, but are available in your learning plan and achievement record.

2.      Click the Launch button to beside each resource to view it in a pop-up window.
