New course catalogue assignment fields are now available in Report Builder.
The following fields have been added:
· Catalogue Assignment – Default Name: Displays the default name assigned to the course catalogue.
· Catalogue Assignment – External ID: Displays the external ID of the course catalogue.
· Catalogue Assignment – Name: Displays the name of the course catalogue.
Administrators can add these fields to Report Builder reports to retrieve information about which course catalogues are assigned to users.
To use these new fields in your Report Builder reports, select the Select Fields or Criteria left-hand side menu items, then select User from the Object drop-down list. The new fields are displayed in the list of Available Fields.
Note: The course catalogue assignment fields will only display information about the course catalogues assigned to users through their profiles. They do not display course catalogues
This enhancement provides the ability to hide the View Cart link (visible when purchasing a learning activity) from users in communities that do not use E-Commerce.
To support this feature, a new setting, Hide View Cart If is empty, has been added to the Community Basics screen.
Check this box to hide the View Cart link displayed in the following sub-menus within the Courses/Registration menu in User mode:
· Catalogue
· Competency
· Date
· Advanced
· Diploma Registration
· LearnTrack Registration
· Bundle Registration
· Calendar
Note: When a user registers for an E-Commerce-enabled learning activity, the View Cart link will be displayed even though the Hide View Cart If is empty box is checked.
