This feature provides a new menu called Visual Reports that learners can access to view any Visual reports that administrators have configured for their community and cohort. These reports are for informational purposes only.
The menu is displayed when the following two items have been configured:
· New security setting 857: View Visual Reports has been configured.
· New Visual Report custom URL has been configured for the appropriate communities.
This enhancement introduces the ability for the LearnFlex user import process to add to or update your profile with job position and reporting manager information.
When a job position is added or updated within your profile, you may have access to different catalogues than you had previously.
When a reporting manager is added or updated within your profile, messages regarding your requests for enrollment in learning activities may go to a different manager for approval.

In order to improve the organization of the All Courses view of your achievement record, the following changes have been made:
· Course Codes are now displayed below the names of courses in the Course Name column.
· The Comments, Certificates, and View Attachments links, as well as the Launch buttons for each learning activity have been amalgamated into a single drop-down list on the far right of the screen.
Click the list to access all of these options when they are available.
· A new Status column has been added to display the completion status (Complete, Exempt, or Failed) of your learning activities.
Note: Enable security setting 854: View Status to display the Status column.
The enhancements to the All Courses view are displayed below:
This enhancement allows learners, upon registration, to be exempt from taking a course based on the successful completion of another. When a learner has been granted an exemption, they can view details from the following locations:
· Learner's transcript
· Comments link within the user’s achievement record. The course that granted exemption automatically for the current course and the completion date will be listed in the pop-up window. For manual exemptions, comments will be available only if the grader entered them.

With this enhancement, the concept of diplomas has been merged into LearnTracks. This means that diplomas will no longer exist in LearnFlex, and instead only LearnTracks will be used. This removes functionality and information that was duplicated in the two areas, simplifies the interface, and helps ensure that users can see any new functionality added to LearnTracks.
Specifically, the following changes have been made in User mode:
· The Diploma Registration message in the Message Centre will no longer be sent to users.
· The Diploma Registration and Bundle Registration sub-menus have been removed from the Courses/Registration menu.
· The Diplomas and Certifications sub-menus have been removed from the Learning Plan menu.
· The Diplomas sub-menu has been removed from the Achievement Record menu.
