This enhancement allows administrators to create and manage a list of available daylight saving time rules that are available for each time zone. Administrators will be able to set the daylight saving time based on the chosen time zone for users or a session.
This enhancement introduces the ability for administrators to create accreditation instances for courses that are associated with licenses. The accreditation instance includes a date range and credits. Completing the course within the specified date range allows a user to earn the credits towards a license. For each completed accredited course, a certificate containing an approval code recognized by the license-issuing organization becomes available in users’ achievement records. Users can then print the certificate and submit it to the organization that issues the license.
When a user completes the course outside the range of dates specified in the accreditation instance, it appears in the All Courses sub-menu of their achievement record, instead of in the Licenses sub-menu, but the certificate with the approval code is not available.
Additionally, accreditation approval codes and credit values can be left blank (with a status of Pending) and now can be edited after the license is published.
Accredited courses whose approval codes and/or credits have a status of Pending will also be available only in the All Courses sub-menu. Once an administrator enters and saves values in these fields for the accreditation version, the accredited course moves to the Licenses sub-menu and the approval certificate becomes available.
