The Contact Us form can be used to glean feedback, suggestions and questions about LearnFlex and learning management from end users.
This functionality requires some configuration changes to a LearnFlex instance before it can be configured and used within the user interface. Contact your LearnFlex representative for details.
Once the functionality is enabled by a LearnFlex representative, security setting 872: Contact Us must be activated to display the Contact Us left-hand side menu item in the Presentation settings in Admin mode.
The link to the Contact Us form can be accessed from many screens within LearnFlex by embedding the URL (for example, “<a href="javascript:LearnFlex.Overlay.ContactUsOverlay();">Contact Us</a>” where “Contact Us” can be replaced with any term) in an NLT.
1. From the Settings menu, select Presentation, then Contact Us from the left-hand side menu.
The Contact Us Configuration screen is displayed, as below.
2. You can perform the following operations from this screen:
· Create new inquiry types.
· Activate inquiry types.
· Deactivate inquiry types.
