Inquiry types are not deleted from LearnFlex and can be modified and reactivated for future use or reconfigured and repurposed.
1. From the Presentation menu, select Contact Us from the left-hand side menu.
The Contact Us Configuration screen is displayed.
2. From the first drop-down list, select Inactive Inquiry Types.
3. From the Inquiry Type drop-down list, select the inquiry type you want to reactivate.
4. Click Reactivate.
5. Click Save.
