Occasionally, users were charged twice for transactions processed through Skipjack when two orders were submitted within LearnFlex at or near the same time.
This issue has been resolved. Validation for duplicate order numbers has been added. Now, when duplicate orders are created due to transactions created at the same time, LearnFlex will verify and correct the order numbers before passing the transaction to Skipjack for processing.
Previously, a space character was saved in custom fields that were left blank. This caused the blank fields to appear in reports when no entries should have been displayed for the blank fields.
This issue has been resolved.
The time logged when session requests were made were displayed only as Eastern Standard Time (EST), even though the requesting users’ profile reflected a different time zone.
This issue has been resolved.
The following issues encountered while configuring licenses have been resolved:
· Credit values did not save.
· Updated Issue and Expiry dates did not save after updates were made by administrators.
· Issue and Expire date values were deleted when dates overlapped.
· Incorrect warning messages were displayed throughout configuration.
· Achievement, issue, and expiry dates were not displayed in users’ achievement records.
Previously, users’ places in courses were not saved when they closed SCORM 1.2 courses before finishing them, even though the courses were configured to save their places.
This issue has been resolved.
