For simpler viewing, the start and end times in the course reminder, course registration, and course cancellation messages in a user’s Message Centre have been changed from a 24 hour clock (14:00:00) to a 12 hour clock (8:00:00), with “am” and “pm” added to distinguish between morning and night.

To minimize the number of screens that a user has to access, a link has been added to each prerequisite that has been associated with a selected course (User > Courses/Registration > (select a course) > Prerequisites section).

Clicking a prerequisite link displays the Course/Registration screen for that course.
Training credit hours can be accumulated and used to meet your community’s training credit hours requirements by taking courses which have been assigned credit hour values. The Credit Hours value, which indicates the amount of hours that this course is worth, appears when viewing course information during registration. An example is shown below:
In your achievement record, a training progress tracker displaying a summary of the training hours you have completed and have enrolled in for the calendar year to date is available (User mode > Achievement Record > All Courses).

The training progress tracker displays the following information:
· Training Progress for <current year>: Displays a progress bar with the total completed training hours (courses you have completed and passed) and instructor training hours (courses you have trained) for the year to date.
· Training complete for <current year>: Displays the total hours of training completed for the year to date. Hours are added to the total once a passing grade has been achieved.
· Instructor training complete for <current year>: Displays the total hours of instructor training (courses you have been assigned to as an instructor) completed for the current year. Hours are added to the total once the course and/or session time has passed.
· Future training enrollments for <current year>: Displays the total hours for courses you are enrolled for the remainder of the year. Hours are subtracted from this total as you successfully complete training, you cancel your enrollment, or an administrator cancels your enrollment.
Note: Use the Current Year drop-down list to view training progress information for previous years. The current year will change dynamically at the beginning of the next year.

Even though it was mentioned in previous release notes, this release formally introduces the Transcript feature (User mode).
A transcript can be added to your achievement record which you can use to view a summary of the courses, diplomas, and LearnTracks that you have registered for or have completed (successfully or unsuccessfully). Your transcript is for informational purposes only.

Note: You can display courses within a LearnTrack or diploma by clicking the expansion button beside each LearnTrack or diploma name. Within each LearnTrack, it will display only courses for which you have registered.
