A target due date is now displayed for courses and LearnTracks configured with target due dates when you perform the following operations in your Learning Plan:
1. From the All Courses sub-menu, click the View button in the Location/Time column. The following information is displayed in a pop-up window:
2. From the LearnTracks or Diplomas sub-menu, click the Session Info button in the Requirements column, then the View Timetable button in the pop-up window. The following information is displayed in a pop-up window:
When either of these screens are viewed before the target due date, the target due date is displayed in black.
When either of these screens are viewed after the target due date, the target due date is displayed in red.
Note: When no target due date is assigned to the course, the Target Due Date field is not displayed.
Throughout LearnFlex, language names in drop-down lists (such as the Dynamic Language drop-down list at the top right) are now displayed in their native language, as shown below:
The following updates have been made to the SkillSoft Search feature:
· A link to the Advanced Course search has been added to the SkillSoft Search screen. Reminder text about the results of the Advanced Course search (limited to courses only) has been added beneath its link on the SkillSoft Search screen.
· Links have been added to the main content categories (courses, books, skill briefings, job aids, and so on) at the top the SkillSoft Search results screen for easier navigation.
· Ability to expand and collapse the main content categories for easier viewing. By default, the content categories are expanded.
· You can now access your learning plan (All Courses section) when attempting to register for a course or workshop that has a status of either Enrolled or In Progress. The statuses become links when new security setting 778: Link to Learning Plan on Enrolled/In Progress Courses is enabled. If not enabled, then the two statuses are simply text.
