7.0.2.12 Release Notes - Administrative Applications

New Security Matrix Report (4919, 5043)

Use this enhancement to view all security settings that have been granted to specific cohorts.

To access this report, you need to:

1.      Enable security setting 725: Security Matrix Report.

This triggers the display of the link to the Security Matrix report.

2.      Run the Security Matrix report to view all security settings that have been enabled for a selected cohort.

Note: Because results are not limited to the cohorts that the selected user can access, this report is intended for LMS administrators only.

For every security setting, its description and its level of access for that cohort are displayed. The information is read-only.

Support for Internet Explorer Version 8 (7208)

To add to the list of supported browsers, LearnFlex now officially supports Internet Explorer 8 for both Admin and User modes.

Copying Custom Information Between Courses and Sessions (7226)

This enhancement now automatically copies any course custom field information to a new course when saving the current course as a new one (through the Save as New button). Previously, users needed to copy and paste the information manually between the existing and new course.

Additionally, you also have the option of copying session custom information by checking the Session Replication box then clicking the Save as New button.

Additionally, these changes are reportable through Report Builder.

Addition of Conference Registration Report (7234)

The Conference Registration report has been re-added globally to LearnFlex. Use this report to view a list of sessions occurring within a specified time frame, the number of workshops within that session, and the number of users registered in that session. You can also view the list of users registered in each workshop.

To view this report, you need to enable security setting 200: Conference Registration Report. This displays the link that you can click to run the report.
