Conference Registration Report

Introduction

Use this report to view a list of sessions occurring within a specified time frame, the number of workshops within that session, and the number of users registered in the workshop.

Note: Security setting 200: Certification Workshop Report must be enabled to access this report.

Hint: You can use the Workshop Registration report to view additional information about registration in workshops, such as maximum enrollment in the workshop, the workshop speakers, and the room where the workshop is taking place.  

Procedure

1.      From the Reports menu, select Standard, then Custom Reports.

2.      Click the Conference Registration Report link.

The following screen is displayed:

3.      Use the Date Range - Start Date and End Date drop-down lists to specify the date range of your report results.

4.      Use the Community list box to select one or more communities you want to include in your report.

5.      Use the Curriculum Group drop-down list to select the curriculum group you want to include in the report.

6.      Use the Location Code list box to select one or more locations you want to include in your report.

7.      Use the Job Position list box to select one or more job positions you want to include in your report.

8.      Use the Subject Area drop-down list to select the subject area you want to include in the report.

9.      Use the Instructional Media list box to filter the results by one or more instructional media types.

10.  Click Submit.

Conference Registration Report – Results

The following columns of information are displayed:

·        Conference Title – Session Code: Displays the name of the conference and the session code that contains the workshop.

·        Start Date: Displays the start date of the session.

·        End Date: Displays the end date of the session.

·        Registered Users: Displays the number of users who have registered in the session.

·        Workshops: Displays the number of workshops in the session.

11.  You can perform the following operations from this screen:

·        Click Printable Version to view a version of the report that you can print.

·        Click Microsoft Excel to export your results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

·        For any session that has registered users, click the session link to view details about the registered users.

Conference Registration Report - Details

For each registered user, the following columns of information are displayed:

·        First Name: Displays the first name of the user registered in the conference.

·        Last Name: Displays the last name of the user registered in the conference.

·        Status: Displays the user's status in the conference. The status can be changed if needed.

·        Registration Date: Displays the date and time when the user registered in the conference.

·        Discount Code: When applicable, displays the code used to reduce the cost of the conference.

·        User Name: Displays the user name of the person who is registered in the conference.

·        External ID: Displays the user's external ID.

·        Email: Displays the user's primary email address.

·        Telephone Number: Displays the user's work telephone number.

·        Company Name: Displays the name of the company where the user works.

·        Community: Displays the name of the community to which the user belongs.

·        Job Position: Displays the job position to which the user belongs.

·        Day <n>: Displays information (date, time) about each day of the conference.

12.  From this screen, you can perform the following operations:

·        Click Printable Version to view a version of the report that you can print.

·        Click Microsoft Excel to export your results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

·        Click Ms. Excel/Mail Merge to export your results into Microsoft Excel to use for a mail merge.
