The Contact Us form can be used to gather user information and feedback with regard to a variety of aspects of their learning endeavors.
This feature is configured with the following seven Inquiry Types by default:
· Password
· License key
· Issue with course
· Issue with LearnTrack
· Course feedback
· Course completion
· Other
Inquiry types can be modified, created, activated and de-activated from the Contact Us configuration screen in Admin mode.

Use the Contact Us configuration screen to create, modify, activate and deactivate inquiry types and assign the email addresses to which submitted forms are sent.
