An issue with failed assessments erroneously moving to users’ achievement records, even though the option in assessment configuration was disabled, has been resolved.
When the global setting Mark final failed attempt as complete was enabled, it overrode the Count Quit as Attempt option that is available during assessment configuration.
This resulted in assessments erroneously moving to users’ achievement records.
This issue has been resolved.
