7.0.2.19 Release Notes - User Applications

Adjustment for Daylight Saving Time – User Mode (7654, 7712)

This feature allows users to have their course session times reflect Daylight Saving Time (DST).

Administrators can configure and set daylight savings times for a particular user and session. When that user exports their appointments to Microsoft Outlook, the session will now account for their time zone and daylight saving time settings if the appointment occurs during daylight saving time.

Accreditation Instances for Courses Associated with Licenses – User Mode (7701)

Administrators can now assign license accreditation instances that make courses valid toward obtaining a license when they are taken during a specified range of dates. When you successfully complete a course within the specified date range, the course appears in the Licenses sub-menu of your achievement record. Additionally, a certificate containing an approval code that is recognized by the license-issuing organization becomes available for you to print and submit to them.

When you complete an accredited course outside the specified date range, or if the approval code and credit values for it have a status of Pending, the course appears in the All Courses sub-menu of your achievement record, and the certificate with the approval code is not available. When an administrator enters and saves a value for both the approval code and credit value, the course moves to the Licenses sub-menu of your achievement record and the certificate becomes available.
