Introduction
Use this report to view each test completion along with the first and last name of the user that has taken the test, the number of attempts for the test, the total score for the test, the final user score and percentage on the test, the maximum score on the test, minimum score on the test, and the final date the test was taken.
Note: If security setting 677: Security is enabled and curriculum group have been assigned to the selected test, then this report displays those users who wrote tests that were in the curriculum group that your cohort can access.
Note: Percentage grades on this screen are displayed according to the global grade precision setting.
Procedure
1. From the Reports menu, select Standard, Assessment Reports, then Test Completion Report.
Note: The link to this report is displayed when security setting 306: Test Completion Report is enabled.

2. Use the Test drop-down list to select the test you want to include in your results.
3. Check the Include Unpublished Tests box to include unpublished tests in your results.
4. Use the Date Range - Start Date and End Date drop-down lists to specify the date range of your report results.
5. Use the Community drop-down list to displays results based on users within a selected community.
6. Use the Rows Per Page drop-down list to indicate the maximum number of records you want displayed per screen.
7. Click Submit.

Test Completion Report Results
This screen displays the results of your report. The following columns of information are displayed:
· User Name: Displays the user name of the person who completed the test.
· First Name: Displays the first name of the user who completed the test.
· Last Name: Displays the last name of the user who completed the test.
· Test: Displays the name of the test.
· # Attempts: Displays the number of attempts the user took to complete the test.
· Total Score: Displays the total score in the test.
· Final Score: Displays the final score that the user received in the test.
· Final %: Displays the final percentage of the test.
· Avg %: Displays the average percentage in the test.
· Max Score: Displays the maximum score received in the test.
· Min Score: Displays the minimum score received in the test.
· Final Date: Displays the date when the suer most recently completed the test.
8. You can perform the following operations from this screen:
· Click Printable Version to view a version of the report that you can print.
· Click Export to Excel to export your results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
