Introduction
LearnFlex allows you to access your login information when you cannot remember it. This is done through the Password Reminder feature (set in global settings). When enabled and configured, you can have the option of either having your login information emailed to you (which you then use to log in), or answering a challenge phrase (which can be specified in either Admin and/or User modes). If you enter the correct answer, you can access the LearnFlex main screen.
Note: Your administrator must have completed certain configuration requirements to enable this feature functions. Your account configuration may be different.
Note: Password reminder emails can only be sent to active users.
