Delivery providers are the group responsible for providing instructional media content. LearnFlex has tools that will help you to create, apply and keep track of your course content delivery providers.
Within LearnFlex, delivery providers have three main criteria associated with them:
· Their name
· Type of delivery provider
· Status of the delivery provider
The name that is given to a delivery provider can represent the company that the delivery provider works for, the actual name of the delivery provider or any other name that you see fit. Delivery provider names can be set up on the Delivery Provider Name page.
The type that is given to a delivery provider is based on the types set up within the Delivery Provider Types page. The types, such as safety, financial, and certification delivery providers, may represent any type that is relevant to your company’s business logic.
A delivery provider status is set up by the administrator and often reflects the unique business logic of the delivery providers and LMS administrator. Some examples might include: Advanced, Intermediate, Basic, New, Voluntary, Mandatory, and so on. You can set up the status on the Delivery Provider Status screen.
