Adding a Facility

Introduction

Use this section to add facilities that you can associate with learning activities.

Procedure

1.      From the Facilities screen, click Add.

2.      In the English Name field, enter the name of the facility.

This value is required.

3.      In the External ID field, enter the external ID of the facility.

4.      Use the Facility Type drop-down list to associate the facility with a facility type.

5.      In the Facility Factor field, enter the number by which the value entered in the Seats is multiplied to indicate the number of seats available in the facility.

For example, if the facility has 400 seats, and the value in the Seats  field is 100, then the factor value is 4.

6.      Click Save to save your changes.
