The Assessments section of the Session Basics screen is displayed only after the session has been saved. Complete any session details configurations as needed, click the Save button and re-access the session you are working with, then you can add the assessment.
If you are attempting to access the Assessments section of the screen in a session that has already been saved, make sure that security setting 226: Create & Assign Assessment to Session is enabled.
