Introduction
Use this section to display the list of Chat messages for a selected topic based on a selected day.
You can also search for messages either in all Chats or a selected one.
Procedure
1. From any Chat window, click History.
The following screen is displayed:
Chat History
You will see a list of chat topics and the various conversations within those topic rooms. You now can view your comments and others in the upper right-hand area of the screen.
2. You can search a Chat conversation in the following ways:
· Search by date: 1) In the lower left-hand corner, click the link of the topic that you want to search. All Chat entries for that topic are displayed in the main Chat window. 2) In the main Chat window, use the drop-down list to select the date whose entries you want to view.
· Search by keyword: 1) In the Keyword Search area, use the option button to indicate the Chat topics that you want to include in your search. 2) In the Keyword Search field, enter your keyword. This value is required. 3) Click Search.
The keyword search includes all dates for the selected Chat, and includes and system-generated messages (such as who has entered or left a topic).
