Survey (Curriculum Group Method)

Introduction

A feature available with LearnFlex is the ability to create surveys that can later be assigned to course sessions or LearnTracks. The goal of the survey application is to allow instructors and instructional designers to receive feedback on training sessions and online content as it pertains to student’s achievements and general curriculum. More than one survey can be assigned to a course or LearnTrack. If more than one is assigned, a page with multiple survey links will be displayed to the user. Surveys are available for any type of course (online, blended, in class). For courses that have multiple surveys, the learning plan Launch button will launch to an index page with multiple surveys displayed.

Procedure

1.      From the Settings menu, select Course, then Survey.

Note: This left-hand side menu is displayed when security setting 634: Survey Creation is enabled.

2.      Use the Curriculum Group drop-down list to select the curriculum group whose surveys you want to manage.

3.      Check the Include archived surveys box to include archived surveys in your search results.

The results are displayed in the Survey title box, as shown below:

4.      You can perform the following operations from this screen:

·        Click New Survey to create a new survey.

·        Select a survey from the Survey title box and click Modify to update the selected survey.

·        Select a survey from the Survey title box and click Report to view survey results and reports for the selected survey.
