Introduction
Use this section to add, edit, and delete course icons.
Procedure
1. From the Settings menu, select Course, then Course Icon.
The Course Icon screen is displayed:

Note: The Add, Edit, Delete, and Save buttons are displayed when security setting 32: Function permissions is enabled.
2. You can perform the following operations:
· To edit a course icon: Use the drop-down list to select a course icon and click Edit. The screen is re-displayed with existing values (explained below) that you can change. After you make your changes, click Save.
· To delete a course icon: Use the drop-down list to select a course icon and click Delete. You will be asked to confirm the operation. Click OK.
· To add a course icon: Click Add. The rest of the procedure assumes you are adding a course icon.

3. In the English field, enter the name of the course icon that you are creating.
You can enter a maximum of 100 characters (alphanumeric).
4. Click Save to keep your changes.
You will return to the main Course Icon screen where you can upload a course icon to the name you just created.
5. Select the course icon from the list and click Edit.
The screen is re-displayed:

6. Click the Upload Image link.
A pop-up window is displayed where you can browse and select the image you want to upload.
7. After selecting the icon, click Save to keep your changes.
You will return to the main Course Icon screen, where your image will be displayed (assuming it is a valid size).
