Where Does My Online Course Appear When I Click the Launch Button?

Online courses typically launch in a pop-up window, but sometimes different browser settings change the way a course launches. Here are a few things you can try to recover your course:

·        Make sure your browser’s pop-up window is not blocked. Consult your browser’s help or your IT department if you require assistance with turning off your pop-up blocker.

·        Check your browser settings to find out where pop-up windows are set to open. Some browsers support opening pop-up windows in another tab, others only support opening pop-up windows in another window. Consult your browser’s help to locate and adjust these settings as necessary.

·        Check your task bar (Windows) or dock (Mac OS X) or minimize the LearnFlex main screen. If the course pop-up window is behind another window, it will still appear in these areas.
