System Login Report

Introduction

This report provides a record of the user logins to the system for individual users, a business unit, and/or a community.

Note: The link to this report is displayed when security setting 115: System Login Report is enabled.

Procedure

1.      From the Reports menu, select Standard, then System Reports.

2.      Click System Login Report.

The following screen is displayed:

System Login Report Parameters

3.      Use the Start Date and End Date drop-down lists to specify the date range of the report.

4.      Use the Time Period drop-down list to select the hour within the date range of the report results.

5.      Use the Users drop-down list to specify the type of users (Individual or Business Unit/Community).

If you select Individual, a pop-up window will be displayed where you can search for and select the user whose system login information you want to view.

If you select Business Unit/Community, then additional text boxes will be displayed where you can select first the business unit, then the community whose users' login information you want to view.

6.      Use the Active Status drop-down list to specify if you want to include only active users, inactive users, or both.

7.      Use the Login Status drop-down list to specify you want to view those users who logged in successfully, who failed to log in successfully, or both.

8.      Click Submit.

System Login Report Results

This screen displays the results of your report. The following columns of information are displayed:

·        Login Date/Time: Displays the each date and time when the user logged in.

·        User Name: Displays the user name of the person who logged in.

·        Name: Displays the first and last name of the user who logged in.

·        Business Unit: Displays the business unit to which the user belongs.

·        Status: Displays the login status of the user for the selected day and time.

·        IP Address: Displays the IP address of the user who logged in.

·        HTTP Referrer

·        Web Browser

9.      You can perform the following operations from this screen:

·        Click Printable Version to view a version of the report that you can print.

·        Click Microsoft Excel to export your results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
