This information is part of user management rather than course management. It is more of a notation than a function that interacts with other parts of LearnFlex.
As an example, you might choose to define temporary or permanent restrictions on users. This property is largely dependent on the business rules of an organization deploying LearnFlex, and is often used in conjunction with restriction groups and restrictions to characterize any special conditions concerning a learner’s enrolment in a course.
